In the city tour you will visit the downtown with houses building in the 18th century and its walls made by rock, mude and sea shell peaces. You will visit too one sugar cane mill building in the 18th century and the old court house and jail building in 1914 and where today is the Ilhabela ship wreck museum. And in the Toca Mill and Waterfall Park you will enjoy the waterfalls and later will have one class to learn how to make the tradicional "caipirinha". The Toca Mill is the only still produce "cachaça", the alcoholic drink made from sugar cane used to make the "caipirinha" since 1930 and belongs to the same family since 1959.
Durante el recorrido por la ciudad, visitará el centro histórico, con sus casas del siglo XVIII y sus muros construidos con piedra, barro y fragmentos de conchas marinas. También visitará un ingenio azucarero del siglo XVIII, así como el antiguo edificio de los juzgados y la cárcel (construido en 1914), que hoy alberga el Museo de Naufragios de Ilhabela. Además, en el parque del ingenio y la cascada de Toca, disfrutará de las cascadas y participará en una clase para aprender a preparar la tradicional *caipiriña*. El ingenio de Toca es el único que sigue produciendo *cachaça* —la bebida alcohólica de caña de azúcar utilizada para elaborar la *caipiriña*— desde 1930, y ha pertenecido a la misma familia desde 1959.
